Nutritional Services at CCNP

Our staff registered dietician can help you by conducting an individual nutritional assessment and will help develop a nutritional protocol that is best suited to your particular needs.  Additionally, we have contracted with Any Lab Test Now to provide lab testing services for nutrient levels in your body if you would like a more in depth, scientific analysis of nutrient levels in your body to obtain your optimal nutritional prescription.  Our services also include diet instruction for weight loss, diabetic control, high blood pressure, heart disease prevention, or any other therapeutic diet ordered by your doctor. Nutritional consultations are available by appointment at rates of: $80/hour or $40/half hour.
