Mr. Sloan received his pharmacy degree from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and received The Roche Pharmacy Communications Award from there as well. The Roche Pharmacy Communications Award is awarded by the faculty to a graduating student who has excelled in the area of communications, both in the classroom and the practice environment. He received his Master of Business Administration degree from Pfeiffer University. He’s a preceptor for students that attend UNC Chapel Hill’s School of Pharmacy and Wingate University’s School of Pharmacy. Mr. Sloan has worked in a number of pharmacy disciplines including retail, managed care, long term care, home infusion, and has always served in a leadership position either as the Pharmacist-In-Charge or the Pharmacy Director. He has over 25 years of experience in the pharmacy industry and over 10 years in the complex compounding field. Mr. Sloan is also a Certified Dermatology, Wound and Scar Compounding Specialist. His certification was completed through Professional Compounding Centers of America (PCCA).
Dr. Anderson graduated from Arnold and Marie Schwartz College of Pharmacy and obtained his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Nova Southeastern University. His compounding experience goes back to his days in school when the store he worked in would take in all the local compounds. He has extensive experience in infusion therapy and practiced as a hospice pharmacist for 10 years and over 30 years of compounding experience.
Outside of pharmacy he and his wife like to travel, he plays guitar, ukulele and is at the beck and call of his two dogs.
